Interiors
A three-story, brick structure with a rectangle floor plan was built in 1882. A decorated and bracket cornice and window detailing sre typical of the Italianate style. The building originally served as the Shilling & Co. Dry Goods Store. A second dry goods store was operated by Herman Webster, a prominent civic leader. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984
